Remove correctly
Use a proper tick removal tool. Twist anti-clockwise — never pull, squeeze, burn, or smother with Vaseline. Twisting helps detach the mouthparts.
Use vet-approved prevention
Speak to your vet about tick prevention treatments such as spot-ons, collars, or tablets — especially during peak tick season (April–October).
